3. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
   Order confirmation emails are acknowledgments only. A purchase contract is formed once payment is processed.

D. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

I. MISCELLANEOUS

1. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
   These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Cancellations Policy, constitute the full agreement between you and historic regarding use of the Site.
2. WAIVER AND SEVERABILITY
   Failure to enforce any right does not waive it. If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remains in effect.
3. ASSIGNMENT
   You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours without notice.
4. INCORPORATED POLICIES
   Our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Cancellations Policy are incorporated into and form an integral part of these Terms.

J. DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS

1. If you receive a defective, missing, or incorrect product, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving the shipment and include the order number and a brief description (photos recommended).
2. After verifying the request, we will offer, at your choice: a replacement for an identical or equivalent product or a full refund. In such cases, shipping costs for the return and replacement will be covered by us.
3. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, failure to follow instructions, or customizations made at your request.
4. We may request the return of the defective product for inspection before processing the replacement/refund.

This section does not limit any consumer rights granted under applicable law.

K. PRODUCT WARRANTY

The Company and/or its representatives shall not be liable for any direct and/or indirect damage resulting from the use of the service and/or the use of any product purchased on the Website. The content and information presented on the Website do not constitute professional advice. Any information provided or content posted in any of the forums shall not be considered professional advice, recommendation, or opinion of any kind. The responsibility for the use of any such information lies solely with the user.
