SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT POLICY
This policy outlines our delivery process, timelines, and responsibilities for domestic and international orders.
ORDER CONFIRMATION & PROCESSING
Once your order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to the address provided during checkout.
We commit to preparing and packing your order within up to 3 business days from the time of confirmation.
Order processing takes place on business days (Sunday to Thursday). Orders placed after hours, on weekends, or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping timelines depend on the selected delivery method and begin after the order is packed and handed over to the courier.
Orders will be fulfilled only after:
- Payment is successfully authorized (via valid credit card or PayPal),
- Accurate shipping information is provided,
- The ordered item is available in stock.
If incorrect or incomplete details are provided, we cannot guarantee successful delivery. Should the package return to us due to incorrect address or failed delivery, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment cost.
In the event that an item is out of stock and was not marked as such on the website at the time of purchase, we will notify the customer and issue a full refund if applicable. No claims will be accepted in such cases.

Note: Deliveries to remote areas (e.g., Eilat, Golan Heights, Mitzpe Ramon, Hebron Hills, Judean Mountains, settlements, etc.) may take longer.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Prices include VAT.
- All packages are insured.
- Orders are available for delivery nationwide in Israel. For remote areas, please allow up to 5 additional business days.
- If your location is not covered by our courier partner, we reserve the right to cancel the order or offer in-person pickup or alternate arrangements.
- The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
- Once the package is shipped, a tracking number and delivery confirmation will be emailed to the customer.
- A shipping confirmation does not guarantee the order will be fulfilled if payment is declined, or the product is unavailable.
- If your payment method is invalid or not approved by your provider, we will contact you to resolve or cancel the order.
- Until the order is shipped, full responsibility remains with us. After the package is handed over to the courier, responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping company.
COURIER COMMUNICATION
If you chose a delivery option that includes home delivery with prior coordination, it is your responsibility to remain reachable by phone.
If you are unavailable for delivery, the package will return to us and an additional shipping fee will apply.
